This comfortable and modern boracay apartment provides you with all the necessary comforts and amenities. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms ( 1 en suite ).
This is a large unit between of 100 sqm inside, with a large balcony of 40 sqm and stunning ocean views.
It has one double bed (master) and two single beds in the guest room. This can be pushed together to make a double if requested. It accomodates up to 4 people, but we can also add an extra mattress for kids and a baby crib if needed.
It has a fully equipped kitchen, which is good for basic cooking, although not really intended for gourmet chefs. In addition, it comes with large screen TV with over 60 cable channels, DVD player, Ipod docking station, hair dryer, iron & board, safety deposit box and Free wifi. (It doesn’t have a washing machine, but helpers can send your laundry out very quickly and cheaply).

This 160 sqm 3 bedroom villa is situated on a lovely hill overlooking the beach and positioned adjacent to the Shangri-La Resort on the northern end of the island. It is a three story house with 2 separate apartments and 1 superior room with balcony, one to a floor. All our guests have 24 hour security, swimming pool, ensuite bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen for the appartements, dining area, living area, terraces and garden, daily maid service, wifi, satellite tv, laundry service included, free breakfast for 4, and shopping service for food for self caterers.
Guests have access to the swimming pool and sun chairs ( shared with some other private residence homeowners…but they use that seldom, so most of the time it is like your private pool and it is next to the house)
It is quiet and serene but only 12 minutes by trike to White Beach restaurant/shopping/bar zone and only 5 minutes by trike to Puka Beach, the last remaining beach with a virgin forest backdrop. The villa is ideal for those who like to cook with fully equipped kitchens and those who like to walk and swim as well as just plain relaxing particularly at sunset where we have one of the best views possible on the island. Guests should note that there is a 4 minute walk up and down steps/stairs from the property to the gate where transport is available, a bit of exercise but not extreme.
